Content creator and influencer Nana Owiti has opened up about her childbirth experiences, revealing that both of her deliveries were natural.
The revelation came after an Instagram fan tagged her, asking for advice on how to reduce belly fat and recover easily after giving birth through a cesarean section.
That’s when she replied, saying she honestly could not know, nor could she advise on such matters, as both of her births were natural.
“Siri ya kumaliza tumbo kwa mtu amezaa na CS ni ipi?” the fan asked.
“Hiyo sijui. My two births were natural,” she responded.

Nana, who recently parted ways with her longtime hubby, songwriter and rapper King Kaka, stumbled upon the intriguing question while engaging her fans in a Q&A session where they could throw any burning questions at her, and she would respond.
One of the most intriguing questions she addressed was about her son, Iroma. A fan asked her to share a photo of him so they could see and admire him, and she did—though she made it clear that he doesn’t like being photographed.
She added that she can never go against his wishes if he has said no to the camera.
The mother of three shared a cute snap of him in a Manchester United jersey, posing next to a decorated bicycle in a garden, and explained that Iroma’s strict no-camera rule is why people rarely see her posting him as often as she does with the other two kids.
“I miss Iroma. Can you please post him? Thanks,” the fan asked.
“Unlike his siblings, he doesn’t always like cameras. So if I ask for permission to film him and he says no, I don’t. I respect his decision. That’s why you’ll see the other two more,” Nana remarked.
Separation
For 13 years, Nana and King Kaka were that couple—an inspiration to many. But in December 2024, they shocked fans when they announced they had reached a mutual decision to part ways.

Both of them put out a joint statement, admitting that they never thought they’d ever reach such a low point in their love story but had decided to go their separate ways because they felt it was what was best for them.
However, they reassured their fans that they would continue co-parenting and being present for their children, making it clear that their untimely breakup wouldn’t change that in any way.
“We honestly never thought we would one day write a statement like this, but life happens. After much reflection and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to end our relationship. Over the course of 13 years, we have shared countless memories, built a life together, and most importantly, raised three incredible children who will always be our top priority. This decision was not made lightly, and we remain deeply committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive relationship as we move forward separately.”
