How Milka Moraa turned into a famous person

His story captured national emotions when a video spread showing him asking for tears in the church of the word Evangelism Center.

He revealed that the landlord had closed his door from KSh 8,000 of tax arrears.

Instead of providing assistance, Pastor Ng'ang'a told him to briefly seek help from the governor of Nairobi Johnson Sakaja or reports his case to the police.

His story touched the hearts of many, including Charity Police Officer Sammy Ondimu, who runs the soldier's plan.

How did Milka Moraa's case change

Ondimu urged Kenyans to support Moraa, thus resulting in a generous amount.

By February 1, Ondimu announced that they had donated KSh 392,000.

“We have donated KSh 392,000. I spoke to our director at Expressway Lounge, and he agreed to give him a job. God is great, ” Ondimu participated.

The contributions later surpassed KSh 450,000, all in the bank safely.

But the help did not end there.

The cheap housing board identified Moraa's misery and reached him. Representatives visited her at her home to assess how they could help her.

Following their visit, Moraa and Ondimu went to the board's offices in Upper Hill, where he was registered for a government housing project.
