Will Raila Odinga win the AUC seat?

As previously reported, the former Prime Minister's decision to run for the AUC chairman continues to gain influence, with the support of Kenyan leaders and several African heads of state.

Led by President Ruto, officials have expressed Raila's belief and victory, predicting a landslide victory in the elections scheduled for February 2025.

Speaking at Citizen TV on Sunday, February 2, Environment Minister Aden Duale He confirmed Raila's documents as Pan-Africanist, emphasizing that his campaign was consistent and well implemented.

He also dismissed allegations that some political giants were hesitant to see Raila abandon the politics of the country, claiming his departure could disrupt a particular profession.

Duale revealed that Raila had fully collaborated with approximately 40 of the 49 countries, and obtained the necessary consent. He emphasized that the former prime minister needed at least 32 votes to grab the position.
