Homa Bay: Police in the South Suba area are investigating a case in which a 35 -year -old man was killed by unknown people in his house in Miramba village, West Gaswa.
A man is killed with a knife in his head four times in bed
According to Suba South Police Commander, Caxton Ndunda, an unknown number of people attacked the man at dawn while he was asleep.
It is said that the attackers slammed him with a weapon before stabbing him four times in the head.
The police chief added that the suspects killed the man in bed in front of his wife and then fled the scene, with the cause of the attack.
“They were defensive with knives and weapons when they invaded Benson Ondia's house and stabbed him to death in his room, in front of his wife,” Ndunda told TUKO.co.ke.
The police have not yet been able to determine the cause of the attack or how the suspects succeeded in entering the deceased's house.
However, they have invented his late wife to provide official information.
Homa Bay woman is stabbed to death from the club
In another kind of case, a 28 -year -old woman was stabbed to death while leaving a nightclub at Ndhiwa business center, located inside Ndhiwa Sub County, Homa Bay County.
Police in the Ndhiwa area are searching for two suspects who escaped after being involved in the killing of the woman.
Ndhiwa Police Commander, John Losia, said the suspects escaped after their ally, arrested by residents, to name them.
“The deceased, Dorothy Awuor, died after being stabbed in the neck and stomach by suspects, bleeding a lot,” Losia said.
“The suspects lied to him and killed the woman as he left a nightclub in Ndhiwa. he added.
He said that nightclubs, including those near Awuor were killed, are linked to crime in the city.
