Nairobi – Deputy President Kithure Kindiki He has praised President William Ruto for making extraordinary steps to revive the Kenyan economy within just two years.
According to the second chief, the head of state has won the work of the former president Mwai Kibaki In his first years of leadership.
Kindiki said this during a meeting with delegates from Tharaka Nithi County at his official Karen residence in Nairobi.
Kindiki, known for his testing attitude, involved a rapid change of Ruto Economically and its ability to address key issues of the Great Economy, which even Kibaki was concerned about in his first term.
“There is no economy. You can't handle issues of a small economy unless you deal with interest rates, currency, da-da-da-da-da. It took Kibaki five years. It took William Ruto two years. ” Kindiki said, focusing on the progress made.
He admitted that Ruto faced two main challenges in the first two years; First, strong opposition from the outside, and secondly, the internal conflicts of his government.
Kindiki emphasized that despite the thresholds, Ruto has succeeded in strengthening the economy and laid the foundations for further growth.
“And in these two years, one year, he had a very strong opposition from the outside. In the second year, he had a terrible opposition from within his government. However, he has brought the kind of impact I have told. You at the general level,” Kindiki added.
What is Ruto's plan for the remainder of the office?
Looking forward, Kindiki expressed hope about what would wait for the Kenyan people.
He referred to the years to be the time to address the issues that directly affect the household and create jobs, which he referred to as music in our ears.
“Now, what is left now for the next two years is to work on the music that is heard in our ears. Household income, job creation, a small -scale real industry change where our people are earning their livelihoods,” The Deputy President suggested.

Earlier, the Deputy President confidently said that there was only one person in Kenya who had the authority to overturn his decisions, President Ruto.
Kindiki's remarks were reported as he addressed delegates from Tharaka Nithi County in his residence in Karen on Wednesday, January 29, sending a clear message to his critics.
The DP was surprised by his new authority, explaining that only one person had the authority to oppose his orders.
Kindiki thanked God for enabling him to get a steep steep in Kenyan political circles.
