A Hola court has sentenced a man to life imprisonment for defiling a three-year old girl.
Appearing before the Hola Senior Principal Magistrate Edward Too, the accused person was charged that, on April 21, 2024 at about 2 pm in Hola mission village in Tana River County, the accused, Dea Joshua Majiba, defiled a girl aged 3 years.
The accused was charged with Defilement Contrary to Section 8(1) as read with the section 8(2) of the Sexual Offences Act No.3 2006.
The Magistrate ruled the offence as serious and sentenced the accused to life imprisonment.
