The tragedy has hit the Muslim Eyes Primary School in the Ward Ward, Lugari Sub -County, following the controversial death of an eighth -grade student.
Peter Joseph Kinuthia was discovered as he passed away after a long disappearance on Sunday, January 26.
How did Kinuthia disappear?
The family brother told TUKO.co.ke that the 14 -year -old did not go to church on Sunday with his family.
Despite not finding her home when they returned from the church, they had no reason to worry.
“When he had not returned in the evening, we decided to sleep and submit a report at the police station the next morning,” Said one of the relatives.
However, the younger brother of Kinuthia found his body in an incomplete building in his bid.
The death of Kinuthia left the community with a surprise
Investigations have launched an investigation into the environment that led to the death of the young man.
The whole school studied was sank into sadness, with the headmaster of the school, Mr. Protus Sisa, expressing the great shock and sadness that teachers and students have.
A Kinuthia teacher revealed that the boy was in school since schools opened and did not show any signs of problems.
“He was even at school last Friday until evening, and he returned home after playing football with his teammates,” Said the teacher.
As the investigation is underway, families and schools have been left looking for answers following this major blow.
