Buruburu: Pastor Ack arrested during worship was facing a new threatening charge

The Waithunguri is accused of grabbing the 75 -year -old woman's compound in a fraudulent manner, making her homeless.

Why was the ACK pastor arrested?

Investigator Jane Mugoh explained that the incident started when Margaret Watiri Ndung'u sought help to pay the KSh 670,000 debt owed by Citizen Credit.

In a state of despair to obtain his copyright, he was introduced to Waithunguri, who volunteered to help him but allegedly deceived him and forced him to sign documents that transferred the ownership of the land.

The facts became apparent when the railroad of Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) passed through the compound, and the National Land Commission provided compensation.

Then the old woman realized that the land was no longer his and it was debt that continued to grow.

The legal war of the barbarians and the stubbornness of the Waithunguri

Watiri filed a lawsuit in court, and the judge ruled on his behalf, ordering the Wahunguri to return the title. However, he refused to obey the court order.

It is alleged that Waithunguri is cooperating with land gangs and dishonest police officers to preserve land ownership and vehicles from unknown victims.

After the court's decision, Watiri claims he began receiving threats and being monitored by suspicious people.

With a housing and hope, the woman Ajuza contacted investigator Mugoh, who collaborated with Police officers arrest Waithunguri during a church service.

Investigator Mugoh revealed that Waithunguri is associated with another fraud, including driving a car yard where the carriers were seized.

ACK Buruburu's priest expressed surprise, saying no church authority knew about these criminal activities allegedly carried out by Waithunguri.

The incident has left the believers and the local community confused, with many wanting justice to be done to the old victim.

Waithunguri faces new charges

Waithunguri, who is a deacon of the church and ACK Nairobi's financial supervisor, is now facing additional charges of killing killings.

According to the prosecution paper seen by TUKO.co.ke, on March 14, 2024, at 7pm, Waithunguri allegedly threatened the barbarians in the pool, Small County of Isinya, Kajiado County.

He is accused of saying to Kikuyu:

“Akurwo Nkwariha Mbecia Icio Millions and the Interest of Mbeia Icio Million is to be hit by Thina Maica Maku Mothe and Ukanirwo to Wuikaraga and Tha Bukui,” which is translated into Swahili as a threat of harm if the victim does not pay KSh 5 million plus an interest of KSh 1 million.
