The lawyer says Timileyin Ajayi may not be convicted
At the same time, it was previously reported that one attorney had participated in why gospel singer Oluwatimileyin Ajayi could walk free.
Despite the defendant confessing in a separate interview that he killed Salome Eleojo Abidu, the lawyer said it was not enough to punish the death penalty as stated by the law.
The lawyer said that Oluwatimileyin could leave free if the prosecution would not put enough evidence to sentence him. The lawyer says to prove that he is innocent is not the defendant's responsibility.
