Busia – President William Ruto He is currently on a development tour in western Kenya, visiting Busia County on Thursday, January 23.
The visit aims to launch and review various development projects implemented by the county government and the central government.
Ruto stood in Napale to address the road gathering, which took a funny stream after the local boda boda owed KSh 1 million debt.
