- The letter inside the bottle contained a prayer to wish the neighbors ill, with specific names and confusing prayers for bad luck.
The recent controversial death of a Kenyan woman at the Kimunyu shrine in Gatundu has put the sacred caves under intense public scrutiny as more questions are raised.
Also now it seems that the sanctuary, where many beggars visit to have quiet time with their creator, is also a haven for some satanic activities, and not all who visit the caves have good spiritual intentions.
This is after the emergence of the video TikTok showing a bottle with a letter written 'devil's prayer' surprising many.
The bottle was discovered after the residents, who were passing through the sacred caves to find clues about Beth Muthoni's death.
When they opened the bottle, they were shocked to find a paper with the names of people mentioned as the writer's neighbors. The writer had prayed that bad things would happen to them.

The paper was hidden between two caves and aroused the interest of the locals when they found it.
“The man made a bad prayer for the neighbors, and he filled a note in this bottle. The paper is still clean, and the man wished trouble and failure for the neighbors. It is written in Kiswahili,” one woman said.
The community members said they had opened the bottle and took out notes to make sure nothing bad happened to the neighbors.
“We have torn the paper in the hope that bad prayers will not affect them,” he said.
Part of the terrifying message was written as follows:
“God, I want you to fight for these people for me, for this one named Elizabeth, they should be removed from the groups. For the other one, let Maryam live in misery. This Njeri has been in trouble at home, fight for us.”
The names of five people were written on the paper, but some of the words were illegible.
Gatundu temples are closed
This is happening while the prayer heroes at the Kimunyu temple were asked to leave and go pray elsewhere a few days after a woman was allegedly killed there.
Police officers had a hard time convincing the religious people to leave the caves, and some cried and prayed fervently against the act.
As they were being chased away, a man dressed in religious clothing stood looking at the whole place as if he didn't want to leave.
The women who were there shouted and dragged their feet so that they would not leave the place while others were just standing there, shocked that their house of prayer was closed.
