How William Ruto ripped Rigathi Gachagua
Speaking in Luanda, Vihiga county, Wednesday, January 22, Ruto he criticized Gachagua for making political statements that would divide Kenyans.
Ruto revealed that Gachagua was sacked because of incompetence, lack of leadership skills and corruption.
“He is promoting the politics of division. Let them find an agenda to bring about change. These Kenyans cannot buy the politics of division and hatred. We gave them work, but due to negligence they do not understand, they are deceitful and corrupt, and their plan failed. We want to tell them that they will continue to fail because Kenya has no chance to the corrupt and incompetent and those who sink the country on ethnic lines,” said Ruto.

“We have no time for tribals and powerless people, and those who want to divide our nation on ethnic, tribal and personal lines, we are united as a people and Kenya will move forward as one united country that cannot be divided,” Ruto added.
The president's violence has been interpreted as defaming Gachagua who has been constantly attacking him.
In any case, Gachagua fell for Ruto, who accused him of running the country with lies and corruption.
In one case, the former deputy president claimed that Ruto was pushing his ambitious Affordable Housing Program to benefit from tenders to sell construction products.
Elsewhere, he claimed that Ruto writes those words and insults his supporters and cheats Kenyans every time they accompany him to meetings.
At the same time, the president made a loud noise until recently when he started shooting at Gachagua.

The president took an indirect approach to Gachagua, who accused him of promoting ethnic and zonal politics during his tenure.
Ruto stressed the need for equal treatment for all Kenyans.
Gachagua, in his era, was heavily criticized for defending the interests of Mount Kenya, calling himself a “villager” to align himself with the demands of his native region.
In his speech at the swearing-in ceremony on Friday, Ruto stressed the need for a national unity approach when carrying out the duties of all government officials.
He praised Gachagua for his experience, after serving as a public servant in various positions.

The 52-year-old law professor assumed the Office of the Deputy President as its third occupant since the promulgation of the 2010 Constitution.
Kindiki succeeded Rigathi Gachagua, who was sacked by parliament on many grounds, including corruption and sabotage of his boss.
Gachagua's efforts to prevent Kindiki's takeover of the ODP were dismissed by the High Court in Nairobi, which lifted the conservative orders he had obtained.
