Nakuru – A man is asking for help after his wife, Susan Jepkemei, unexpectedly gave birth to four children, a surprise that has left the family overjoyed.

Jepkemei, who is already a mother of two children from Lare in Njoro, gave birth to four more children at Nakuru Level 5 Hospital on Tuesday, January 14.
Initially, the examination showed that she had three children, but to everyone's surprise, she gave birth to four children, a time she described as both joyful and terrifying.
She explained that the journey was not easy, adding that she was unable to do most of her work by the third month due to pregnancy.
“At first I was happy because you see it was a sudden pain, I didn't expect there to be four, but I was put on bed rest when I was three months pregnant because from that moment, I couldn't do any work for myself.
“I was scanned, it showed that there are three children, the challenges are many because, as you know, we are used to raising one child and then we finish with that one, now there are four, so mentally you have to prepare yourself. ,” Jepkemei said.
How did Jepkemei's husband react to the news of four children?
Jonathan Mwangi, the father of the children and a milk transporter in Njoro, expressed mixed feelings after giving birth.
The couple was expecting their third child, and four children were far from what they had planned.
“We did not expect it because even in the family we have never had twins. I was shocked and very happy at the same time, although I had not planned it, I was still happy and said thank you to God,” Mwangi he explained.
Jonathan, who earns a basic income from his milk delivery job, expressed concern that his current income is not enough to support the extended family.
The family is reaching out to well-wishers and community members to help ease the financial burden of raising their four children and two older daughters.
“My income cannot support my family at the moment and that's why I am asking if there is any help we can get for these children because we were not prepared, so the children do not have problems anywhere,” he asked.
