Nairobi – Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has made strong accusations against the administration of President William Ruto.
The veteran politician claimed that the secret force responsible for the kidnapping was operating from Ruaraka.
Speaking at a press conference at the Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka Command Center in Karen, the Wiper leader urged Ruto to resign, making him directly responsible for the wave of forced disappearances of Kenyans, including celebrities.

Kalonzo claimed that the administration of Kenya First established unconstitutional regulatory structures that facilitate illegal operations, including kidnapping.
He accused Ruto of leading, referring to events such as the abduction and release of Public Service Minister Justin Muturi's son, Leslie Muturi.
He further claimed that the kidnapping squads were under direct orders from Ruto, citing Muturi's affidavit detailing a call made by Ruto to the Director General of the National Intelligence Service (NIS) Noordin Haji, resulting in Leslie's release.
“Kenya's administration has first set up command and control structures outside the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya, to carry out criminal and illegal acts against Kenyans. As we said earlier, William Ruto is the Commander-in-Chief of the Kidnapping Squad. We have found out that the head of the squad this kidnapper is in Ruaraka,” Kalonzo said.

The former vice president also questioned the independence of Kenya's security agencies, stressing that their actions suggest bad governance that undermines the rule of law.
He called for an international investigation, suggesting that the ongoing abductions could justify an investigation under the rules of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Kalonzo accused the Ruto government of perpetuating a culture of fear and indifference through these illegal activities.
“President Ruto and the dictatorship of his allies must be treated as an ICC legal case. The blame does not come from the head of DCI but it is beating President Ruto's chest,” he added.

Earlier, the Wiper Party leader commended Kenyans for their bravery in dealing with the increasing cases of kidnapping.
In a funny twist, Kalonzo said he had released his big security dogs to strengthen the “anti-kidnapping force.”

Kalonzo also congratulated the driver of City Hoppa, who was arrested while trying to stop the kidnappers of a journalist from Tanzania Maria Sarungi.
His statement comes from a disturbing incident in Mwea, Kirinyaga county, where five officers in civilian clothes narrowly escaped being attacked by a group of people.
