The widow of the late Ezekiel Otuoma, Rachel, has spoken for the first time since her husband was buried on January 11.
TikToker was talking on the phone with MC Chris, who was live on TikTok, and shared how he is dealing with the mourning situation following the death of his husband.
Rachel Otuoma talks about coping with the situation after her husband's funeral
Earlier, Chris was talking about the culture shock he experienced when he went to the funeral of the deceased.
However, Rachel calmed him down by explaining that she wanted her husband to receive special respect during the funeral.
“I told them Otuoma's funeral will be very different. I needed to give Otuoma something different because he is a legend. That was like my last time with him. It was like a wedding that looked like a funeral. That's why I made it look like a national funeral. He deserved it, and I have happy everything went well. Everyone ate and played. Where Otuoma is, he is happy.” he said.
MC Chris remembered eating three meals when they were at Otuoma's house and jokingly told him that he would like to marry a Luo woman.
As for how he is dealing with the situation, the TikToker said that he is fine and has the support of his family and close friends.
“I'm fine. I'm completely fine. I'm still mourning, but I have people here showing me comfort,” he added.
