In a post on the Facebook page of the former president, photos showed how the honor wedding took place.

In the post, Uhuru addresses the guests, while in other photos he is seen mingling with those who attended the ceremony.

The famous leader wore an old maroon shirt and a cream colored fedora hat, while Matiang'i wore an all black suit.

Among the prominent leaders present at Wendy and Franklin's wedding was the Leader of the Wiper Party Kalonzo Musyokaveteran politician Sam Ongeri, Nyamira Governor Amos Nyaribo, former Technology Minister Joe Mucheru, and former Home Affairs Permanent Secretary Karanja Kibicho.
