Otuoma, 31, was diagnosed with the disease in 2020, which left him confined to a wheelchair.
On Thursday, December 26, actress Sandra Dacha visited her widow, Racheal Otuoma.
A video shared on Facebook showed Sandra talking to Racheal who was sitting in her living room.
Sandra, known for her role in The Real Househelps of Kawangwarehe comforted the grieving widow by laying his hands on her.
Then the celebrant announced that Rachel was looking for money for her husband's pet funeral.
