It was a sad day when Rachel announced the death of her beloved husband. She wrote a touching message honoring her husband.

Rachel also revealed that her husband died on her birthday and said emotionally that life will never be the same for her.

The two had guests at their home for Rachel's birthday party, and Otuoma died while they were rushing her to the hospital.

A video shared by TikToker Obidan Dela showed the former athlete's last moments at his wife's party.
