The President's wife Rachel Ruto has written an emotional message to her husband in celebration of his birthday and their wedding anniversary on Saturday, December 21.
What did Rachel tell her husband?
Rachel used her social media pages to celebrate her husband while thanking God for him.
Using the affectionate name, “Bill,” the mother of the nation called him William Ruto be a blessing to him and to the nation.
“Happy birthday, my love Bill! As we celebrate your special day and our wedding anniversary, I thank God for the special gift you are to us. Your dedication as a husband and father is a great blessing to all of us,” he said in part of his message.
She wished her husband happiness, good health, and the fulfillment of his dreams for Kenya as she begins a new chapter in her life.
“May this year bring you happiness, health, and the fulfillment of your dreams of our beautiful country! Happy birthday, my love,” he added.
Did Ruto celebrate Rachel's birthday this year?
Earlier, Ruto showered his wife, Rachel, with love on her birthday, Wednesday, November 20.
The president revealed his romantic side and wrote a message to show his love for his wife. Ruto referred to his wife as “my love” and blessed her.
The couple hope to celebrate their 31st wedding anniversary in December on Ruto's 58th birthday.
Ruto's message caused various responses from Kenyans, many of them joining the president to celebrate the birthday of the Mother of the Nation and wishing her all the best as she reached another year of life.
