Video of TikTok which shows a man using a strange device to shave a young man's hair has caused mixed reactions on the internet.

In the video, the young man was seen in the police station with an officer in full uniform behind.

The hopeless young man sat on the floor in the yard of the police station with handcuffs on his hands, looking very sad.

Another man, allegedly a police officer wearing a brown shirt and mask, held a machete in his hand.

He used the sword to cut the boy's rasta hair, while the loafer looked worried and disappointed.

He could not defend himself because of the handcuffs, nor say anything while he was getting his hair cut.

The video sparked a debate in the comments section, with people on social media defending the young man.
