A video of a man using a machete to shave the dreadlocks of a handcuffed Barobaro has gone viral

• Kenyans were outraged on the internet following a video of a man alleged to be a police officer shaving a relative's dreadlocks with a machete
• The young man was helpless and sat on the floor with his hands tied and the soldier cut his hair
• People expressed their anger, saying that the boy was being abused and should sue the soldier

Video of TikTok which shows a man using a strange device to shave a young man's hair has caused mixed reactions on the internet.

In the video, the young man was seen in the police station with an officer in full uniform behind.

The hopeless young man sat on the floor in the yard of the police station with handcuffs on his hands, looking very sad.

Another man, allegedly a police officer wearing a brown shirt and mask, held a machete in his hand.

He used the sword to cut the boy's rasta hair, while the loafer looked worried and disappointed.

He could not defend himself because of the handcuffs, nor say anything while he was getting his hair cut.
