How did the Kakamega family end up with a different body?
Initial investigations showed that the family of the late Agnes Mukhwana buried the body of a stranger, believing it to be their loved one.
Report of Citizen Digital explained that there was a confusion of bodies in the mortuary where the body of their loved one was being kept.
The confusion was discovered when Mukhwana's family received a phone call long after the funeral, giving the sad news.
This has created uncertainty for the Mukhwana family, who are now unsure if they will exhume the bodies they buried.
