How was Mugure when he was rescued?

According to Njeri wa Migwi Mwangi, Mugure was born with a hearing problem, and his mother locked him up because of it.

“Sometimes he is even chained to a chair and is not allowed to go outside. Due to poor conditions, malnutrition, lack of sunlight and being left in his feces, his bones are weak and he cannot walk without support,” said Njeri.

What will happen to Njeri Mugure's mother?

Since he had not washed for a long time, Mugure's skin developed scales, oral thrush, and other issues.

“After rescuing her, we took her to the hospital and reported the incident to the Kihara Police Station; we are filling out P3 forms today to arrest the mother due to gross negligence,” said Njeri.

“We need your help for his care in the next three months. Mugure needs a caregiver because he cannot hold urine or feces. We need diapers, gloves, a portaloo to train him potty, a small walker to help with movement, drugs. as well as supplements,” he added.
