Kenyans online have been paying attention to videos and pictures of President William Ruto and his deputy, Kithur Kindiki during the Catholic Church event in Embu.
Ruto and Kindiki were ignored by the Embu Residents when the President retired Uhuru Kenyatta received with great joy.

However, many netizens noticed Kindiki mimicking the president's movements during the event.
At one point, they were caught sitting in the same fashion with one leg over the other while following a lecture.
In another video, Kindiki was seen drinking water immediately after Ruto opened a bottle of water, poured it into a glass and had fun.
Also, in a photo that is spreading widely on X (Twitter), the two leaders were seen standing with their hands in front in the same fashion.

Ruto's Comments On His New Deputy
The President recently expressed confidence that his new deputy, Kindiki, will serve the country well.
He raised smiles during the swearing-in ceremony by giving Kindiki the nickname “Abrah K,” showing their friendship.
He also encouraged Kindiki to dedicate himself to serving the whole country instead of one specific community.
Ruto thanked Kindiki for agreeing to take over as deputy president after Rigathi Gachagua removed from power.
