Doris Kabirithu is said to have left home to answer a call from an unknown caller, never to be seen again.
Speaking to the media, Doris' sister, Ruth Kabirithu, recounted the last moments they saw her alive, explaining how she left without any hint of danger.
“He just left when he got a phone call while we were sitting at home. He picked up the phone, I thought he just came out to talk,” Ruth remembered.
However, as time passed, the 22-year-old girl did not return, leaving her family sad and sad.

Ruth explained that their mother finally approached her, and asked about Doris's whereabouts.
Then he realized that his sister's departure was unusual and that no one thought that she would be gone for so long.
“After a while, my mother came and asked me where she was, I told her she received a phone call and left, she asked me where she went, I told her she didn't tell me,” said Ruth.
Days turned into weeks with no word from Doris, and the family's hopes for her safe return faded.
Their worst fears were confirmed when his lifeless body was found dumped in a secluded bush in the county Isiolo.
The family suspects foul play and is calling on the authorities to investigate Doris' mysterious death and bring those responsible to justice.
