Has Harris accepted defeat?
According to a BBC report, US Vice President Harris has not publicly acknowledged his defeat but hinted at it by canceling his planned election night event at the Academy University Howard University in Washington, DC, where he received his undergraduate degree.

Harris has remained silent and has not explained why he canceled the event or shared his thoughts on the election and the results that are yet to come.
How many electoral votes have Harris and Trump won?

The first results of the US presidential election were announced in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire, where Harris and Trump tied.
Harris and Trump each received three votes at the polling station on Tuesday, November 5.
