Did Ng'ang'a make a song for Ruto?

Ng'ang'a spoke about the issue in a video that has gone viral. The man of God revealed that he released the song about 18 years ago.

He warned the young people for associating his song with the President's nickname William RutoZacchaeus.

“I didn't mean Zakayo what you are saying. I released that song almost 18 years ago.” Ng'ang'a said.

The President previously spoke about his nickname saying that he does not mind Kenyans calling him a tax collector.

Ruto accepted the nickname during his speech on Labor Day, May 1, at Uhuru Park.

“Fellow Kenyans, the development of our country will not come from miracles or help from outside, it is up to us to pave the way. Our collective efforts, intelligence and taxes are important. Being called Zakayo is not an issue, the issue is us. You have to pay taxes. Zakayo is just a name . As long as we are building this nation.”

“As long as we have health plans for all, and our young people get employment opportunities, Zakayo is a name. Let's move forward. There is no problem. We must build our country with strength, knowledge, talents, plans and our taxes,” he said.

Why is Ng'ang'a banning prostitutes from his church?

In a separate statement, Ng'ang'a jokingly told the couples to leave his church until they get married.

The controversial evangelist had previously given a six-month deadline for singles to find partners.
