A Kenyan, Christine Otieno, has defied the rules and worked for almost four decades in a mortuary, which has surprised many.

Christine works as a mortuary attendant at Star Mortuary there Poisonous. He told why he chose the job he has been doing for 38 years.
“My name is Christine Otieno, and I am a resident of Car Wash in Kisumu and, by profession, a mortuary attendant, and it is a job I have done for the past 38 years,” told the News Agency of Kenya (KNA).
Why did Christine Otieno choose mortuary work?
Christine said she wanted to give her friend a respectful farewell after she felt she was not given the proper care at the mortuary when she passed away. That is how his journey in work began.
He revealed that the incident made him choose the job when he was in the third form so that he could attend to the deceased before he was buried.
However, he said not everyone supported his decision, including some of his friends who thought he was going crazy and sent him to a mental health facility.
Why Christine loves her job

He admitted that his work as a mortuary attendant allows him to meet many famous people, and, most importantly, he does not quarrel with anyone, which is why he loves his job.

However, he admits that no job is without problems and explains that he does not have the necessary resources to carry out his duties professionally.
She encouraged women to accept any job that comes their way, especially in the current system when there is little choice in employment.
