Hussein Mohamed unveils game-changing partnership to build stadia as FKF presidential race heats up

FKF presidential candidate Hussein Mohammed and his running mate McDonald Mariga have unveiled a pioneering partnership in their campaign to secure the federation’s top seat.

Football Kenya Federation (FKF) presidential aspirant Hussein Mohammed and running mate McDonald Mariga have launched a groundbreaking partnership in their bid to clinch the federation’s top seat.

In an address earlier today to the Media at a Nairobi hotel, the FKF presidential aspirant announced the partnership with global  sports development company  Colosseo and InterSports that is aimed to developing key international Sports Infrastructure.


Engin Firat has named final 24-man squad for crucial CHAN 2024 qualifying matches against South Sudan.


Speaking  at the Mohammed assured to upgrade sporting  infrastructure at  both national level and grassroots level if presidential bid is successful.

“We are committed to building a future where our young athletes have access to the best facilities right here in Kenya,” expressed Mohammed.

“Our collaboration with international partners like Colosseo and InterSports will bring the expertise needed to elevate Kenyan  football and ensure our athletes are well equipped to compete on a global stage,” he added

Wednesday’s midweek action saw the defending champion, Gor Mahia drop points for the first time this season against a stubborn KCB side which has not impressed the K’Ogalo coach.


The event was attended by Chief Executive Officer of  Colosseo Georgio Chanturi, coordinator Loseb Akhalkatsi and director of InterSports David Akhalkats.
