A Kirinyaga woman is saddened by the mysterious disappearance of her husband

  • Jecinta Wacera failed to hide her feelings as her husband Peter is still expected to return home a week after his disappearance
  • The woman said Peter left the house with his mobile phone and national ID, saying he was going to his business
  • However, a few hours later, Peter's staff called Wacera asking if he had returned home and the lady from Kirinyaga said she had not seen him.

Jecinta Wacera said her husband Peter, known to his staff as Karimi, left home on Monday, October 14, around one o'clock in the morning.

Wacera said her husband claimed that he was going to his butcher shop where he often works.

The grieving woman said they had a family dispute in the past, but claimed they patched things up.

However, that morning, her husband had a health problem.

“At 5:00 in the morning, my husband was not in a good condition. I called my uncle to take him to the hospital. However, he refused to get into the car, saying he was fine. When we asked him what happened, he said he had serious thoughts about the family. I was ready to leave him. give him a chance to establish himself if I could be the problem,” said Wacera.

What did Peter take when he left home?

She said her husband left the house with his ID and mobile phone on his way to the butcher shop.

Hours later, her staff called Wacera to ask if her husband had returned home.

They said he forgot his cell phone, telling them he was leaving shortly.

“We reported her missing to the police station after 24 hours, and they said they would look into the matter,” said Wacera sadly.

The Kirinyaga family is hoping for Peter's return

Peter's parents expressed concern about his disappearance, saying they hope to be reunited with him.
