Considering the progress in court, the lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi now he advises Gachagua to consider leaving the seat to save his political life, considering that people who have been removed from power in Kenya are barred from holding public office.

According to Ahmednasir, Gachagua has a short grace period for him to save himself politically.

The only remedy, the lawyer says, is the vice president's honorable resignation.

“Hon. Rigathi Gachagua has a very short time to resign. If he wants to have a new life in politics, he must resign before the motion to remove him from power begins in the Senate. If he tries to resign in the middle of the process when the process to remove him from power will be completed. in the motion and the evidence is on the table and prosecuted by the representatives of the National Assembly, the Senate will not stop the process and give judgment, his resignation belatedly, without supporting tomorrow, the soonest,” said Ahmednasir.
