Bishop Patrick Lihanda, who is vying for the post of general manager of the Pentecostal Assemblies of God (PAG), had disappeared but has now been found.

Lihanda was reported missing at Mbale Police Station under OB number 30/28/9/2024, and the police launched an investigation.
At that time, the family asked the public to refrain from making inappropriate comments that could harm them mentally.
On October 2, the family and the PAG church confirmed that he was found and is now in hospital receiving treatment from the incident.
“Lihanda has been found alive but currently his condition is not good and he is receiving treatment. He was found in Ukwala, Ugunja in the County of SiayaTuesday, October 1, evening,” said a statement of the PAG church shared on Facebook.
Why is Bishop Lihanda in the hospital?
“The family expresses their sincere thanks to all who prayed for him and helped him return safely, and they ask for continued prayers for his full recovery. More information will be released later. We thank God, nothing has changed,” read another part of the statement.
Speaking to TUKO.co.ke in an interview, Lihanda's son-in-law, David, confirmed that he was found and shared that he was not in a very good condition.
“He was slightly beaten but he is fine in the hospital,” he said.
Taxi driver Victoria Mumbua is found dead
Meanwhile, the body of a woman believed to be Victoria Mumbua Muloki was discovered at the City Mortuary.
The body was found in a bush near the road in Mai Mahiu, Lari, County Kiambufollowing the intense interview of the main suspect, Edwin Ng'etich.
