The motion to remove Gachagua is already in the National Assembly, and the assembly has planned to involve the public during the process.
A total of 291 members of parliament from all parties put their signatures in support of the debate.

The President returned to the country on Sunday after his official visit to the country United Stateswhere he attended the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Until Wednesday, October 2, Ruto was inside the Palace area; at the same time, the notice to remove Gachagua was officially presented in the National Assembly on Tuesday, October 1.
On Wednesday, Ruto organized a meeting with the Secretary General of the East African Community (EAC) Veronica Nduva and other officials of the region to discuss the digital issue for institutions in the region.
Later, the president met with current and former governors as well as African mayors and donors, then attended the opening of the Magical Kenya Tourism Exhibition at Uhuru Park, Nairobi.
Gachagua was not seen at the president's activities that day.

Member of Parliament Kikuyu and Majority Leader in the National Assembly Kimani Ichung'wah is among Ruto's main supporters; Ichung'wah supports the motion to remove Gachagua.
Minister of Labor and Social Protection Alfred Mutua, who is under Ruto in the Cabinet, has also supported the motion to remove Gachagua.
When presenting the notice of the motion on Tuesday, Kibwezi Member of Parliament Mwengi Mutuse, who was the operator of the motion, made several claims on Gachagua's name, promising to provide evidence for each in his efforts to persuade his colleagues to remove the deputy president.
The charges that form the basis of the motion to remove Gachagua include allegations of serious violations of the constitution, arbitrary and provocative statements, misconduct in relation to Gachagua's duties as Ruto's chief aide, illegal and corrupt means of grabbing property. worth more than KSh 5.7 billion, and alleged violations of national and international laws, including the National Integration and Integration Act.
How Gachagua will be removed from power
After the motion is officially submitted to the National Assembly, a debate will follow (in a joint session) and a vote will be taken afterwards.
The vote must have at least two-thirds of MPs supporting it, which will show that Parliament has decided to remove the deputy president from power.
The matter will be referred to the Senate, where the speaker of the Senate will convene a meeting within seven days to discuss the charges against Gachagua.
If the motion to remove him from power is supported by at least two-thirds of the senators after hearing both parties, Gachagua will be sent home.
This happens while the deputy president blames his leader for being involved in the plot to remove him from power. Gachagua has been quoted as saying that his removal from power cannot take place without Ruto's approval.
