Human Rights Commission of Kenya (KHRC) and the Local Lawyers Association (LSK) filed a case against the implementation of the JKIA lease agreement with the Adani Airport Holdings Company.

High Court Judge J. Chigiti issued conservative orders on the matter, directing the respondents, including Adani Group, to file responses within five days.
