Gachagua is currently in danger of being removed from power as members of parliament join forces to prosecute him.

Kuria, who currently serves as a senior adviser on the President's Council of Economic Advisers William Rutosays that if Gachagua had heeded his advice, he would not be in the frustrating situation he is in now.

In his 10-point message addressed to Gachagua, Kuria pointed out that the deputy president has separated himself from the government's agenda to participate fully in politics.

“While the rest of us are busy at our residences, you do zero work considering the priorities of the President and the government. The President works 24 by 7 by himself, yet you work all day playing politics or filling out tender forms, I wonder how you can run the government. , while you know nothing about how government works,” Kuria told Gachagua in the message.

Kuria seemed to invite Gachagua to examine himself to avoid a conflict that could affect his political life (DP).

Now he says Gachagua closed his ear to advisers, hence his current turmoil.

“On June 13, three months and ten days ago, I posted this letter. I wish someone would listen to me. 'I wish I knew' always comes later,” Kuria wrote through X.

Meanwhile, the plot to oust Gachagua is said to be continuing, with those who support it going against time to prove the charges against him.

The vice president is accused of, among other things, violation of the constitution, violation of the law, gross misconduct, and abuse of office.

Recently, Gachagua spoke openly about the humiliation he was subjected to in the presidency.

He involved the servants in the White House Nairobi whom he accused of standing in his way of carrying out his duties.

The deputy president criticized being disrespected by the secretaries of the Council of Ministers and other young people who have entered into a fierce battle against him.

He seemed to blame Ruto, implying that Ruto had backed down to see him face problems.

In his appeal to the president, Gachagua reminded him of the oath he took when they entered office after the 2022 vote.

He recalled that Ruto promised not to allow him (Gachagua) to be humiliated, as was the case during the administration of the former president Uhuru Kenyatta when the current president was humiliated.

While things were going on, Gachagua seemed to fear the problems that beset his leadership period, while begging the president not to allow his removal from power.

He was thankful that he had been through the worst and that he had had enough.
