Senator of kiss Okiya Omtatah has filed a petition calling for the removal of Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja.
The MP and activist argues that Kanja did not face the constitutionally recognized competitive process for the post.
He realized that the President William Ruto he selected Kanja easily according to a law passed in 2015, which reformed the process of appointing the Inspector General of Police.
