Homa Bay: Decomposing Body of Missing Craftsman Found in New Rental Home

Residents of Ramoya village in Kajwang sub-location, Ndhiwa constituency in the County Fever Baywoke up to a shock after finding the body of a man decomposing in his rented house in Kayaga business center on Friday morning, August 30.

According to the assistant chief of Kajwang' sub-location, Enos Nyawade, the deceased had not been seen from Monday, August 25, until Friday, August 30, when his decomposing body was found lying on the bed.

“One of the neighbors who was passing by the deceased's house suspected a bad smell coming from his house before he raised his voice,” the chief said.

After breaking the door, they found the body of the deceased lying on the bed with blood coming from his nose and his body swollen.

The manager said the deceased, who was working as a technician at the Kabondo Business Center, stayed in the house for a month before his unknown death.

The body of the deceased was transferred to the Manyata Kobodo mortuary, awaiting post-mortem and identification.

Elsewhere, residents of Nyamasaria street within Poisonous they were stunned after receiving the news of the death of a young woman.

Josephine Akiri was found dead in her rented house on Thursday, August 29.

The sad news was announced on social media, where he mourned.

Akiri died after a mental breakdown, according to his close friends.
