The 30-year-old singer, who died on August 21 while receiving treatment at a hospital in Dar es Salaam, was buried on Sunday, August 25, in Kahama, Shinyanga, Tanzania.
A video of the heartbroken Zabron Singers struggling to sing at Marco's funeral surfaced and moved fans to tears.
Some family members fainted while paying their last respects to Marco.
Was Marco Joseph Married?
The talented singer was married to one wife, Joan, and they were blessed with three adorable children.
The grieving mother shared a family photo, asking God to protect her children. The mother of three noted that it hurts to lose her beloved husband.
“Rest in peace, my husband, I loved you very much and you loved me very much, but my God, don't leave me alone and these children, I am asking God to help me, the pain I have is very severe, I have endured, I have failed. Jesus, say something, I can't,” he said.
Marco's wife shared another post asking for God's guidance.
“Where is my joy, Jesus? My joy is you, Jesus, you are my comfort, tell me, your son, in this difficult period that I am going through,” he said while uploading a picture of them together.
