Nairobi The mother of a Meru political activist who was killed by blogger Daniel Muthiani aka 'Sniper' created a frenzy outside the Senate hall on Tuesday, August 20, the second day of the impeachment trial of the Governor Kawira Mwangaza.

Executive Director of the County Government Meru who deals with Legal Affairs Dickson Munene had just entered the dock when the mother, Anne Kanjeru, screamed and the screams reached the Speaker of the Senate Amason Kingi.

Kingi stopped the activities and ordered the sergeant to restore order by removing the woman from the parliament buildings.

Despite Kanjeru's objections and 'stubbornness,' parliamentary security officers managed to get him out of the Senate and later the operation continued.
