The gospel singer turned preacher said despite trying everything to save his marriage, things did not go well, and he chose to separate.
“The fact that I asked for a separation does not mean that I don't believe in marriage. Sometimes things don't go the way we want. Sometimes they don't work, and right now, we are in trouble. But I am clear that if God brings reconciliation and reconstruction in my marriage, that will be my dream, “ he said.
He advised couples in troubled marriages not to give up and to take time and seek help before making final decisions.
“Before ending the marriage, find a solution first, don't rush to divorce,” he advised.
